Tech Manual Online, Jim Rojas Check cashed, forever waiting, NO service, NO response. Tampa, Florida |
29th of Nov, 2010 by User649193 |
We contacted Jim Rojas to unlock our DSC PC1555 control board in early August. He helped me nicely on phone but it didn't work out. So we sent our board to his address with payment. The check was cashed very quickly. His website says ?Normal turnaround time is 5-10 business days'. But after two weeks, he said he hadn't worked it and wound work on it soon. Then we waited and asked again and again once a few weeks. Each time he said he would work on it and we would get it very soon. Eventually, in early November, he told me our board can not be unlocked for some reason and he could send us a replacement board. It sounds very nice to us. But after a week, he said he still had not sent it out and would ship it in 1-2 days and emailed me with a tracking number. Another two weeks passed, we still haven't received either the board or the tracking number. Now he never picks up our phone call any more. We left several voice messages, sent several emails but NO reply at all. Now it is almost 4 months since we shipped my board to him. I think any customer will lose his patience by waiting so much longer than the 5-10 business days as he promised. We are very frustrated by his service and regret to send the board to him.

Jimmy Rojas in Tampa Florida Hacked my paypal account on 3-19-2012. He then pretended he was me and used the hacked password to purchase an Apple product on Ebay and have it sent to his address in Tampa. Over the years he has had several small buisnesses ran from inside his home such as Golden eagle security, , Tech Manual online, , , and now has a drop shipping buisness where he uses stolen credit card numbers to purchase items and because of the shipping buisness he gets by sending those items to his home evadeing arrest. He has been reported to Tampa P.D. as well as the FBI and attorney general several times. He has taken money numerous times from persons wanting him to work on motherboards and other components of security systems but after payment was made he did not send the components. This guy is a scam artist and makes his liveing doing this. |

Jim Rojas ordered five highly expensive mobile phones from ebay, using my compromised PayPal account. Four bounced, one is marked as dispatched, and I am in the process of trying to get UPS to stop the package. |
|
|
As you can see...it was not me. Take extra steps to secure your credit card information. I use my paypal card for all purchases I make. I have been doing this for 15 years. |

Do yourself a favor and add a security freeze to each of your credit reports, preventing the credit reporting agency from releasing ANY information about you without your express authorization. These freezes must be lifted if you plan to apply for credit. The credit bureaus will charge you $5 to $12 to add or lift a freeze, though the fee may be waived if you are a victim of identity theft.
Instead of pointing fingers, wise up, and protect yourself. Your blatent disregard of your personal information is why these type of things will continue to happen to you. Get educated, and learn from this experience. |

Wendy093284...So how did it go? Did law enforcement tell you that it wasn't me? It's ok. I understand that for many of you the internet is the only outlet many of you have to release your anger, but what have you done to protect yourself from this happening again? By just changing your password? You really need to up your game, and better educate yourself concerning Identity Theft. |

UserGotRobbed...my name is Jimmy Rojas, not James Rojas. I am 49 years old in case you need some help here. |

Independent...This is Jim Rojas not pretending to be Jim Rojas...YES. I have a package forwarding business with over 3, 000 clients. We receive 500+ packages everyday, and we ship out 100+ packages everyday. Don't you think I would be in jail right now if I was doing what you claim? We work closely with law enforcement to help stop many of these fraudulent transactions. Don't get complacent about your important information. Identity theft all too often is committed by people we know, including family, friends, roommates and employees. Think about that the next time you use your credit card to pay for a meal at a restaurant, a nightclub, or when you are on vacation...GET SMARTER PEOPLE or switch back to cash transactions... |

The problem I have with websites like this is that it can be used to defame anyone, or any business, often with no recourse to the poster. So the information cannot be verified or even be considered reliable. |

I am sorry for your troubles, but we are not in the business of hijacking accounts, or committing credit card fraud, no matter what you read online, or heard through the grapevine. Please do some real research before jumping to any conclusions.
We run a package forwarding business on ebay. We have over 3, 000 clients from all over the world. You can see one of our auctions at: http://www.ebay.com/itm/300552967154. Please feel free to contact ebay & Paypal about our accounts.
If any of you have any names of my clients that have done this to you, I would appreciate if you share them with me, so I can cancel their account right away. I can also let other package forwarders know to avoid these individuals in the future.
If you have any further doubt, you can contact Detective Timothy Allen at the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

WOW! Mr. Rojas what a great way to answer those that are reporting you, where should I start or how. I can say that I am a top rated company from where your "clients" have purchased items committing the same fraud mentioned in many other websites, I command you for being such a successful man in many of your business including the FRAUD business, we have been in business for many years and we have sold thousands to overseas customers using freight forward/shipping companies, however I don't EVER recall sending an order under the alleged owners name. All of the orders placed by your "clients" have been made under Jimmy Rojas, Jim Rojasssss, Jimmy Rojjjjas etc. You are nothing but a conniving LIAR, THIEF, SCAMMER. Your sweet direct replies will bring you 3 extra feet under in your grave, it doesn't make a difference whether we or a court judges you, you will pay your price someway somehow, have you met Karma? she's right around the corner of Cornwall Lane!! 49 years old? OLD DIRTY BASTARD, if you do that in the hood I can assure you, you would not make it to 50. GET A LIFE. |

I was not arguing with you FOOL, I was giving my opinion about your amazing scams Mr. Fool Rojas. No worries one way or another you will pay for all your faults. There is a divine justice that will judge you whether you are or are not. |
|
|
I have no worries. You are entitled to your opinion, no matter how twisted they are. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you all for all the harassing phone calls, unwanted pizza deliveries, and attacks on my web servers. It is nice to see you exercise your right of freedom of speech in such a positive manner. Keep up the good work. |

I can vouch for Jim Rojas as being honest businessman. He runs shipment forwarding agency and has nothing to do with all these scams. I met him on Ebay because I needed honest and reliable USA shipment forwarder to save on international shipping cost. I ordered 1000$ worth of clothing (multiple orders) and guess what - I haven't been scammed! I know many people who had same experience. He has 100% positive Ebay feedback too. He repacked my shipments and did everything I have told him. My goods were delivered safely in Europe. The problem he is facing is that many scammers who steal credit card numbers are using his business address to do illegal activities. Just ask yourself if Jim Rojas would be a real scammer do you think he would ever ship products to his own address and with his name on it? Please don't be kids and whine here instead (like he suggested) educate yourself on how to use your credit cards wisely. The only thing I would suggest him to fight with these shitty scammers is by requesting clients copy of identity card and driving licence and accepting shipment only from these people. I would gladly send him all these data because I don't have anything to hide. |

I been client of Mr Rojas for past few months. Had few orders delivered to his address and all contents were delivered to me - in Asia. Well packaged and in as new condition as they were sent by US retailers to him.
I am obviously very surprised by this sudden flurry of claims of fraud against Jim Rojas. Yet I really find them puzzling, and not easy to digest. If - for an instance - Mr Rojas had intended fraud in his practice, then why he used his real name, real address, and continued to be praised and voted by many thousands of Ebayers over the years.
I sent him an email 2 weeks ago, asking about the deletion of his Ebay and Paypal accounts. His reply was that he is now in the process of building his own firm Website, which should be up and running in a few days time.
I wish him the best of luck in his endeavors, hoping to continue the business (package forwarding) thru his good offices.
