| A sales person came to our door who said he was from the inner city. Had a hard time growing up. T & B Sales supposedly gives these teenagers a job to help keep them off the street. We bought a $40.00 bottle of green apple cleaner that could be diluted. Does not work. Could not even take water spots off the windows of our car. Works just as well as water, but a lot more pricey. The receipt given us stated we had 3 days to get our money back. I called the number on the receipt. The lady there did not seem to concerned and gave me a new number to call. I called this number and only received an answering machine. Left message with my phone number. Have not heard back from them. Now how am I supposed to get my money back following their directions if know one will return my calls? Very unprofessional. Product does not work. Sales pitch is terrible to work on the guilt of individuals. Cannot return product because know one will get back with you. Please think twice before buying anything from this company. |

I apologize that you think your cleaner does not work however, we have many many satisfied customers. Is it possible that you were using the wrong dilution for the problem you were trying to clean? Windows and glass is reccommended 1ounce cleaner to 1 gal water. Basic cleaning 20 ounces of water to 1 ounce cleaner, showers 10 ounces water to 1ounce cleaner. As for leaving a message and getting noone getting back with you, I find hard to accept since I am the only one that answers the second number you called. Had you left a detailed message ie call back number, I would have returned your call as I do all others good ones and bad ones. As for our cancellation policy, it is clearlty stated on the back of your pink reciept.

| I recently had the same door to door sales pitch(not 100% sure it was T & B but the green apple product was the same). His demo product worked great but I can't verify that he used the same thing that he was showing me. As the pitch went on I thought I might buy the product but when I asked for his card or a catalog, he bolted from my porch faster then if I threatened him with a weapon. This is an obvious scam of some sort. |

| Today the same type of sales pitch came to my home. She went on and on about herself being a single mother and blah blah blah. I found it interesting that she kept spraying this "magic" solution in her mouth and then on my driveway. I was starting to think it had some sort of upper in it they way she was rambling on and on. I do have to say I didn't really appreciate it when she went to spraying it on my $50K truck without even asking. She continued on with the pitch cleaning random different things. When I told her I wanted to see reviews first, she grabbed up her stuff and began walking away. She told her side kick she hates when people let her clean things and then they don't buy the product. Hey ding dong...I never asked you to spray your crap anywhere. It was your dump sales pitch that caused you to do so much cleaning. MMMMM...let me get this straight, a reputable product wouldn't mind at all if you researched reviews first. Glad I read these reviews and didn't buy into it. And by the way, the spot of oil in my driveway that she cleaned so great came back in about 2 hours. And from spraying it on my car, now I have a bunch of streaks all over the hood. In the future, here's a tip...DON'T SPRAY IT ON YOUR AUTO PAINT. |
