T-Mobile T-mobile not refunding my airtime and unable to continue their service Albuquerque,, New Mexico

I have using my T-mobile 30USD prepaid plan.A 30 USD balance is required for continuing the services as per my terms and conditions. I had a 20 USD balance in my account and when I tried to refill my account by logging in to their website , i was not able to login.I tried using their online refill service and it said my mobile number is not registered .I then tried contacting the customer care and they redirected me to their refill center and the refill representative transferred back my call back to customer service.This happened for about 5 times and finally after 2 hours one of the customer service representative told me that there is some technical problem and he has escalated it to his manager.This was on 27 Oct 2011.I asked him about the estimated wait time to resolve the problem and he said he could not guarantee any time ,but will resolve it within a day. I tried multiple times refilling my account and no success.I finally contacted a t-mobile representative through chat and requested for the refund of my usd 20.He told me that they will not be able to refund. The other customer representative over phone told me on Nov 03 2011 that they would not guarantee any resolution date and would need a further 72 hrs to look in to the problem Because of this negligence and incompetency and unacceptable service provided by T-Mobile ,I had lost several hours of my time,and I had many problems because I could not make or receive calls and finally stuck with a 100USD cellphone nokia nuron 5230 which i cannot use (I have requested for a unlock code and after a lot of struggle they agreed to send it but I am not sure when would I get it")
