T-Mobile's Customer Service Representatives & thier Stupervisors have spent the last 15 out of 18 months making my Mobile service experience as Hellish as possible! They have lied to me, deceived me, renigned on promises & assurances, provided me with the Crappiest Cust. Svc. I have ever experienced, and basically let me know that since they refuse to give me numbers to the Presdient/Vice-President/C.E.O. or even until recently allow me to speak to a Stupervisor {who by the way, after I had been on the line with his flunkies working my way up to him for an hour, hung up on me 1 1/2 min. into our resolution stage And did NOT try to call me back!}, so we could work out a resolution to a 6 month long issue I have with them. In February of 2010 my Daughter & I began 2yr. contract with T-Mobile, 3 months in to this contract my MyTouch3G started showing signs of malfunction, in January of this 2011 I was finally given the O.kay to request & recive a replacemant phone. Note, I paid this company for a Premium Androiod phone & had paid a monthly bill of no less then $218.00 for 11 months already. These people had the audacity to replace my phone with a standard phone, after I had already made it clear to them that I wanted my phone replaced with another Premium Android phone. I was made aware that I would Not receive the 3GMyTouch because they supposedly did Not have it in stock! After I received the replacement & found that it was Not a Premuim Android, I called & was promised a Free upgrade to the 4G network, only to find out by having to call again that hte standard phone they sent me could Not be upgraded! Now I am being told that even if I switch to another company I will have to pay $400.00 in disconnection fees or put a blemish on my Daughters flawless credit! I am so far past being just sick of the games this company plays with people & thier hard-earned money! ALL I asked for was for the company to treat me the way they expect to be treated, WITH RESPECT, COURTESY, & FOR THEM TO KEEP THIER WORD!!!!! The plain simple solution would be to send me a NEW, PREMIUM 4G replacement phone & let's keep it moving! Apparently, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION means Absolutely nothing to this company & I for one can Not wait for February 2012 so I can move on to a carrier with some REAL Business about themselves! |

I have had similar problems in respect to T-mobile. Please post any numbers of any higher ups you find so I may take of my complaints with them. I agree, This company has absolutely no respect for it's customers. Good luck ! |
