T-Mobile Automatic deduction of funds , Internet

T-Mobile decided to deduct a total of $153 dollars from my bank account 3 years after I ended my service with them. I contacted them and they acknowledged the error, but said I have to fax information to them before they do anything. I consider this simple fraud & theft and I am puzzled as to why I should have to do something to correct T-Mobile's problem. Shows up on the bill as TMOBILE IVR PCS SVC....

To whoever has a contract with T- Mobil i recomend to cancel their servies, because they're not only scamming people by tricking your phone bill, with charges that make no sense, but if you go over on your minutes they will triple your charges, and even if you dispute the charges they wont addmit they're wrong, they will give some momble jumble, to confuse you. so the bottom line is the hell with those thieves...
