I did'nt know I was going to be charged 159.00 for joining them. So I contacted them about it. They told me to print out the forms and sign them and send them in.

Did that, and was told to contact them in two weeks to check on refund. Done that , and was told to send my name and address and email address to so they can give me a release from for my bank to get my money back. Did'nt hear from them, until november 9th.

They sent me a email telling me I'm not elegible for a refund as its been over 90 days. That is not true. It's olny been over 30 days.

So I go and try to contact them again and still get the run around from them. They tell me that I have to contact the email address again, they can't help me. I saved all my chats with them, so I got proof of it.

I also contacted them a second time to to try and get there address, and the ashlyn#SA6730 says they can't give me that info, for security reasons. I told them why, I only want the state they are in so I can report them to better bussiness people. She ended the chat without answering me.
