Suzuki Of Nashville Darn Right Disgrace Nashville, Tennessee |

I have never been so outdone with a car dealership in my entire life like I am with Suzuki of Nashville. First of all my husband and I made a purchase of a 2008 Toyota Camry on 2/5/11 with many false promises. We were promised a warranty which we received paperwork in the mail with a contract number to later find out oh you don't have a warranty. Secondly please beware if you are a finance company that works with this establishment because when they tell you a customer has a certain down payment down on a car, negative not true. You're coached on what to say when the finance company calls. Thirdly we have a years worth of oil changes for free per a coupon received on file with Suzuki which we took advantage of and had an oil change done on the car in April. So June 4th we drive 2 hours to Kentucky stay the weekend get back the 6th of June jsut a day out of having our car. Hubby takes the car to the gas station to fill it up for the week and WOW guess waht happens car dies out on him. UMMMMM and it's a 2008 go figure. So he's now wondering whats going on with our vehicle. Car finally starts up but as he gets to our subdivision the car is now making a loud ticking noise and the oil and maintenance lights are coming on. HERE WE GO!!!!! Next day we try to take the car in to Suzuki low and behold car won't drive starts clicking and shaking, result missed day of work for hubby and I both. So we call Suzuki and they tell us oh you have to have it towed in we aren't paying for a tow so yes I find out who tows their cars and have it towed to them and charge it to them yes I'm angry by now. It's now 7pm car gets looked at the next day by Suzuki they tell us oh it's not our issue and you'll have to tow it to the Toyota dealer but don't tell that it was towed from us, GO FIGURE!!!!!! Well to conclude the scam SCAM. The Toyota dealership calls and tells us that engine was starving for oil and that we would have to pay $116.00 and $1075.00 to have it looked at and engine broke down. Now understand Suzuki supposedly did our "FREE" oil change and they are not taking any responsiblity in the situation. WHAT A scam. FALSE PRATICES, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE PROMISES. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THEM NOR WILL I EVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM. This has beena true lesson learned for us but not a done deal yet. MORAL TO THIS SITUATION NEVER EVER TRUST A SHADY CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!! |
