superior moving & storage US DOT# 837931, MC# 370277 robbers, liars, Internet
20th of Oct, 2011 by User965584
I arranged my household moving with Superior moving & storage based out of florida in september 2011 from Maryland to California. I was told it would take no more than 15days for delivery starting from the pick-up date. They failed to deliver beyond the 30days and on delivery they had lost my LCD television, WII game console and damaged my two mattresses. It seems the television and WII game console were stolen and not lost, since my move was insured at 60cents/lb. On contacting the person who handled my move, I was told it must be misplaced or delivered to the wrong person which is not convincing answer. I was given a claim form to fillout, which I did. Beyond that time, there is no action on my claim reimbersement. I would say this moving company does not deserve its name SUPERIOR, they are robbers, scammers and liars! Please do not sign the full waiver replacement, as it is a scam.
