THIS COMPANY CALLED SUPERIOR MOVERS AND STORAGE IS A SCAM COMPANY 905-794-3867 OR 416-818-3750 Unfortunately, I used this company and they totally RIPPED ME OFF They had quoted me on the phone $221 for my move, but then the movers had my furniture in thier truck the movers quoted me $1000 I called to speak to the owner of Superior Movers & Storage thinking he would stand by the agreement he made with me on the phone and instead he yelled at me and told me exact in words, "This isn't Pizza Pizza so their is no customer service" I couldn't believe this was happening to me. I couldn't believe a owner of a company would treat anyone this way. Their movers are NOT bonded as they say as I almost called the police when the movers left with my stuff in thier truck and I had no idea where they went. The movers said they were subcontracted by this scam company and don't go by thier prices. The movers were rude and lazy, spending 30 min in my washroom when their charging me by the hour IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! A TOTAL SCAM

I had a similar problem today. I booked them to move 2 paintings for me and the guy I spoke with claimed he would be at the address at 10AM. At 9:10AM he called from an unlisted number stating he might be a bit late and would show up between 10:00 and 10:30. When I called them at 10:30, the "dispatcher", a guy stated he'd find out where the driver was. He hung up on me and when I called again he claimed the driver would be another 25 minutes late. When I said that was unacceptable he called me an "f***ing B**ch" and said he won't send his guys to help me, he hung up on me. I was in a state of despair. I called back to plead with him sayong the call must have been disconnected. He said: "No, you idiotic b**ch, I hang up on you because you're to fu**ing stupid. I'm not sending my guys to you!". I was in such a state that I tried to still reason with him. I couldn't move all this stuff on my own. He hung up. My elderly father had to rent a uHaul and help me. My stuff was literally on the street for 2 hours. I called the same number. This time a lady picked up and claimed, no one else ever picks up the phone there and that I must have called the wrong number earlier. I used my cell. I kept calling that same number so there was no way. She tried to convince me that I wasn't even on their list for the day. She wouldn't entertain the possibility that they were overbookig themselves. This was straight out of "Punch Drunk Love". Consumers, beware! Please, do yourselves a favour and do not hire these criminals. |
