To whom it may concern; These people will rip you off. I was called back from answering a craigslist ad, concerning property preservation work, and I accepted. These people had the nerve to come visit me and my family. They then gave us a bunch of work, which cost us thousands to do and then stiffed us on a 6000+ dollar bill. It all is based on a 30 day window to be paid and all you have to do is give them a w9 and you are good to go, lmao they ripped us off blind and now we have reported them to the bbb, states atty, and have to sue ea bank that the homes were owned by, just to get paid! STAY AWAY or you will lose everything and they have no concience, they are scam artists!!!!! |

To whom it may concern
We Superior Handy Man hired Paul Julian to do some work for us since we were taking on more work in the western end of state. The first problem we had with him was his crew went to a property that was cleary occupied, they went in property and stole guns, money and jewlery(they were prosecuted).
Second problem with him was getting him to finish jobs, he does not complete any job that he starts but wants to get paid in full, he stated that there was 200 yards of trash at one property, the work order was only paying 160 yards, he took apon himself to call the company i was contracted through to complain about it, he told the company that he was Superior Handy Man(fraud) and needed to know what the job was paying, they told him that it only paid 160 yards, he starting complaining about the pay to the staff there, then called me and said we would probably not be working for them anymore (not sure where he got we from) I called the company after talking with him. we got that problem resolved with the company.
Next problem was to get him to finish jobs. we did qc twice a month and not one job was completed nor did they meet hud standards, we would call Paul from the property and ask when he was going to finish the job and always had a excuse. he sent 11 photos of trailer loads from the property that had 200 yards, which was two trailer loads at different angles, Paul never completed one property the entire time he worked for us, we had to take a crew from eastern end to complete every job he was on, including recut grass on four properties. The neighbors on one property witnist his crew throwing debris in woods instead of hauling it to the dump, which we had to go clean up.Yes i put his michigan dept. of corrections number on previous rebuttal which is public record One more thing: we were contacted from somebody from another state that did 70 to 80 jobs for paul and we were told paul got those orders from us and was demanding that we pay him for those work orders, not sure what that was about. we have never worked in any other state. Pictures are the ones sent to me that represent 200 yards of debris.
I learned to do back ground check before hiring somebody. |
