I paid for a scooter, received it in a timely fashion, however, the paper weight another poster mentioned is what I have taking up garage space. A totally useless piece of metal and plastic! Below is what I've sent to complain about to everyone I can think of and that's a bunch! Re: MC-K74 Scooter Attention: Amy Barnes, Owner (according to your live chat person, Ji. I have read all the information on your Web Site, however, the only truthful information I have found was the fast delivery. I and all my family and friends sincerely enjoyed your words: 30-45 minutes setup. Ive been slaving well over 40 hours to get this thing together and it isnt running yet, what with talking to Tech, after many minutes in a holding pattern, getting bumped back to sales with the phone setup you have, yes, its been well over 40 hours. Ive purchased needed parts locally, talked with certified technicians which laugh at my dilemma. You have sent me a piece of junk, with missing parts, defective parts and lack of setup instructions and very little else. I promise you one thing, you will be hearing from me in various methods until I have this assembled which brings up one important item. The starter relay switch is defective and useless. You have insulted my intelligence and common sense which I take very personally. With the many phone calls plus the many Emails I have sent to Tech Support, which is unmonitored, is ludicrous and along with the lack of communication makes your company in need of a complete restructuring, in my opinion of course. My first suggestion would be simple enough, be honest! Your multi-named company is, in my opinion, completely wrong. Think about this one! I would truly appreciate some help either by way of an email or even a phone call would suffice. |
