Sunny Sports Inc I finally have my MC_K74 scooter together but only paying a Tech to do the work but this Hunk-A-Junk is running, however the VIN # is not for the scooter I ordered. I found this information from my insurance company. The VIN # is for a MC_LBT12 not the MC_K74 I ordered. This company has not sent my MSO, Title nor the Bill of Sale and it's been two weeks since I gave them my VIN #. (their policy is clear) Call and ask 3-5 processing days not a probably, right...Wrong. I'm thinking the problem is just beginning? Without the proper and correct Documentation I cannot get this Hunk-A-Junk registrated nor get a Title in my name. They have my money and they think they'll be able to keep it but a complaint to my Bank; Attorney General; IC3; BBB and others have started an investigation. I'll keep after them until I'm satisfied. I've called this company at least 50+ times in regards to parts, tech help, the documents needed and complaints about the quality of this Hunk-A-Junk (for lack of a better description). Parts missing, wrong VIN #, this company is a Ripoff for certain. I didn't research as I should have but to you that are wanting to buy a scooter, DO NOT buy from this company. I would not ruin anyone's Good Reputation but this company only has a Bad Reputation. I do hope they sue me for the things I've mentioned, I would enjoy the Action.
