SCAM ALERT!!!! the Woodforest Nations Bank of Houston TX and KeyBank National Association is fronting these scammers. You cannot get their registered agents and they just attempt to ruin credit before any solutions are tried. We hired Summit Merchant Solutions to run our credit cards for our company and we signed a contract year by year. We almost lost 30,000 from our account because of them so we called them and told them we would deal with our local bank and no longer needed their services. They informed us that we needed to pay out the year anyway so we did pay them... then after 6 months of not using them they automatically renewed our contract and are still charging us.... so we have been billed for 16 months with no service and they are just scamming the average small business that has no time to deal with something like this... so we would like to make people aware of this SCAM be very careful because these companies are like a pyramid leading up to the top banks and they can just change names and start another entity.... they have great websites but please type the names in of these companies and look for scams and alerts about them... they have horrible ratings with the Better Business Bureau... hope this helps someone not have problems...
