Sugarcraft Sue Scam - charges credit card but doesn't ship order Hamilton, Ohio

My sister order a bunch of things from their website. She order from India and wanted to ship the order locally to me in Atlanta. Sugarcraft immediately charged the credit card but refused to ship the order even after my sister sent her tax card (equivalent of Social Security card)! After several attempts to get in touch with them to switch to my credit card if they had issues with hers, I finally was able to speak with Sue. I asked Sue to cancel the order. Sue said that my sister would have to e-mail them and they would cancel the order (ofcourse with the 3% fee). I asked her how they could charge the card and not ship the order. She said that was the legal agreement my sister signed with them but submitting the order and that I could talk to her lawyers if needed. I told Sue I was a lawyer upon which she accused me of lying and threatened to sue to for lying. She had my phone number on caller ID, which she asked her associate to research while I was talking to her. Very threatening behavior. I will be happy to respond to any lawsuit. I was not lying... I am an attorney.
