These companies are shameless scams. Do not fall for them! Thank God for this report. It confirmed my fears and kept me from losing all my money. I was contacted by Tyler Hall, who said he was referred to me by an internet marketing education group I was involved with. He said he would offer one on one counseling and whatever amount of money I could get up for seed money, he would be able to increase it 10x within a year. The only thing he would get for his troubles was 5% of the profits. I was excited. I had several thousand dollars coming from tax returns which I was glad to put into this venture. While I was waiting, I started wondering why he would do this for such a small amount of money, when he could make much more if he did it on his own. He said that he would only collect the 5% while he was tutoring me. I thought that it seemed too good to be true. The alarm bells started going off. However, I realized that I did not have enough facts about the companies to confirm or deny my suspicions. I pretended that I was still very secure and excited, so that I could get more information. In the beginning Tyler was very vague about the companies he was involved with. Initially I could not get a website, address or even company name. The more excited I acted and the more money I said I would put into it, the more Tyler Hall was willing to tell me about the companies. He also sent over the contract, which did not have any of the terms he had promised. It was very different then he had presented to me. The contract was as described by the prior fraud report. Tyler told me that there was a mother company, Finity Consulting and a dozen other websites/companies. And that the companies function both in Los Angeles and Utah. This is the information I got: Finity Consulting, finityconsulting.com, 205 S. Broadway, #600, Los Angeles, CA 90012 Successful Education Online, successfuleducatioinonline.com, 491 North Buff St., #302, Saint George, UT 847700. (435)634-7481, (435)251-6666, (800)258-2577, (877)585-7111 iBizz Marketing, ibizzmarketing.com, ibizzwebsite.com Internet Profits Corp, internetprofitscorp.com, 1071 E. 100 S. #B5, St George, UT 84790 Doba, doba.com Omni-Doba, omnidoba.com Omni Biz Solutions, omnibizsolution.com Tyler Hall, Office #(818)350-4648, (626)325-8696, I managed to find out that the office was located in Northridge, CA by doing a reverse search on the phone number. I also got all his bank information, which was also in Northridge, however I will not include that here. I saw a ton of scam reports on Doba especially, also iBizz Marketing and Finity Consulting. I suspect that as one company gets a bad name, they move on to another. BEWARE.

This Complaint is pure fantasy.
Facts:
1) There is no name (Real Person) associated with this "Complaint?"
2) The first line of the complaint states: "Thank God for this report." What report? This is the only post of its kind on the Internet. A quick Google search of each of these "Independent and reputable companies" lists this as the only complaint.
3) Omni Biz Solutions "was" an independent internet coaching company that was purchased and assimilated by another internet coaching company on the later part of 2007. Very difficult to be "scamming people" if you don't even exist.
4) Omni Doba (Doba) is a company located in Orem, Utah. They have no relationship to any of the other companies listed in this "Complaint?" A quick Google search for Omni Doba produces several complaints from several consumers. You decide for yourself.
5) No such person named "Tyler Hall" works for any of these companies.
6) This bogus complaint also states, "I also got all his bank information, which was also in Northridge, however I will not include that here." Really? Really. And how, may we ask, was this accomplished? Hack into the bank's mainframe?
This entire manufactured complaint is so absurd, so preposterous in its claims that no thinking person could take it seriously. Websites such as this that allow for anonymous "complaints" with no mechanism for arbitration or resolution of legitimate grievances are virtually worthless and of no benefit to either the consumer or the company. It is more likely that this "complaint" was posted by either a competitor of these companies or a disgruntled employee. This "Complaint?", however, does get one thing right. When it comes to information contained within websites such as this... BEWARE. Although we claim that this posting is pure fantasy. Don't take our word for it. Conduct your own research. We will let you be the judge. The facts will speak for themselves.
Final note:
WARNING!
To the perpetrator of the fraudulent "Complaint?" Yesterday, we acquired the services of a firm that has been tasked with discovering the IP address (computer location) from which this post originated. By weeks end, we will know who you are and where you are. They are also monitoring the internet for any additional posts placed by you. If ANY additional fraudulent posts are discovered, the following actions will be initiated immediately and without hesitation:
1) With the exception of Omni Biz Solutions (which hasn't existed for years) or OmniDoba for which we have no affiliation, the combined legal counsels of the remaining companies will initiate a virtual tidal wave of civil proceedings against you.
2) We will direct legal counsel to contact local law enforcement and the FBI in your area for the purpose of filing criminal complaints in preparation for legal proceedings.
As you so eloquently put in your "Complaint"… BEWARE. We will not tolerate our company's names and reputations being tarnished. WE will not rest until you have either been brought to justice or bankrupted through legal means if your irresponsible actions continue.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. |
