I went to school with Delmar and I guess that why I trusted him. However, I noticed him to be a liar and not trustworthy, but I again tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. I guess he was so focused on trying to impress me with his lies and words and didn’t pay attention to the fact that I was not interested in him romantically. I decided to get him to do a laptop for my son and because he liked me he only charged me $150.00. The money was sent to him and low and behold I did not get a product. I told him when I needed it, and he guaranteed I would have it. After I called and text him about the return of my money, he said he would be returning the money to me before the Friday, deadline that I gave him. Guess what? No money. I guess he thinks that I will go away but he has messed with the wrong person. I have worked in the legal field for over 13 years and have many connects in North Jersey so I guess time will tell. I really do pray that God touches the hearts of these losers, thieves and robbers. He will be the second person that I took to
Court that I went to school with. This is truly a shame because there should be some underlying loyalty, but I guess life produces liars and the only way to beat a liar now is through the Court. Thank God for subpoenas for cell phone records and documents and saved messages from Facebook. For any of you guys that has filed a complaint against him in the Courts, please do me a favor and send me copies of those documents. The Judge I have will be more than happy to view them and issue a warrant for his arrest for theft. Please also make sure that you file a Police Report. Once the report is filed, get acopy of the Police Report and forward that to me as well. | La-toya Fletcher was not given a unit for 150.00 cause any romantic involvement at all Ms Fletcher owns one Acer aspire that was bought from the company last year and she also referred another client to the company who bought another Acer Asipre unit who works with her. Structure Pc Systems has A referral program that gives customer back Referral fee off a new order. Ms Fletcher has credit that was apply to the new unit which was 325.00 and with her credit the system came down to 150. She Sent 175.00 In to the company on a Green Dot Money pack Card. |

| Delmar is a liar. He never mentioned any credit of any such thing. In any event still no refund or unit. What I did receive was a threat that I won't get any money until I remove this complain. Well I'm not removing it because it is the truth. The sad part is unlike many of his victims I checked he has no assets and nothing to gain from a small claims matter. He already has various judgements against him. |
