String Masters Custom Shop Paule Joubran Would rather defraud the U.S.P.S. than take care of his customer Escondido, California
16th of Jan, 2013 by User986973
I ordered a new ESP guitar pack from Paule Jouban, C.E.O. of String Masters. He sent me a used open box damaged guitar. I sent him an email and he stated he was sorry and would take care of it. I sent him pictures of the damage and he blamed ESP Guitars. He stated that they must of sent a "B" box. B stock is damaged or not perfect. The shipment came from String Master, not ESP Guitars. He stated that he was going to call his ESP rep and take care of this. He asked me if the shipping box was damaged. I stated it was not damaged. Inside the ESP box appears to have prior water damage. Mr Jouban has decided to file a claim with the U.S.P.S. and attempt to defraud them, rather than exchanging the defective product. I am left with a damaged guitar pack and out $195.95
