Stonebridge Manufactered Home Community Rate increase and noisey San Antonio, Texas

Stonebridge increases their lot rent at least $15.00 each year. I have questioned why and never received a clear answer. It would be different if the lot rent included sewer/water and lawn care but it doesn't. They recently offered us the option to pay an extra $36.50 for lawn service. You have to pay this each month regardless if it is the winter. The pool is closed more than it's open in the summer. Always some maintenace is going on. This place is so noisey. Music blaring from homes and cars. They have good rules but don't enforce them enough. They will get you if you park in the street after 10pm (a tow truckcomes around each night) or if your grass is not mowed but that is all they monitor. The office workers should be out making sure all the rules are followed not just a few. They are only intetested in getting people moved in and then it's up to us to control the noise population. They will send a letter to the person. They have COPS made up of tenants but I have yet to see the benefit. Sun Communities needs to provide an after hours contact so they can handle it right there and witness it for themselves. The police do patrol because we have had many car break-ins. There has been vandalism. But the management can't figure out who did it because when the office closes for the day they are done. They advertise this community as quiet, safe friendly place to live. I disagree and cannot wait to move.
