This guy says he is a master plumber. He installed a shower and it's warped and buckling. The seams don't meet and there are holes where water and mold can grow. He can't caulk worth a penny. He DOES NOTstand behindhis work and now I have to sue him in court. Fun huh! He created a big blop of goop where the pipes meet the wall. The bottom of the sink fell out and created a flood. He didn't replace the faucets and I had a leak and had to call the washing maching man for $50 which Steve won't cover. I thought it was the washing machine but it was Steve's fault and he finally replaced the faucets but wouldn't cover the cost of the washing machine man.

I have asthma and he agreed to use only ATF safe products and then used such toxic things that I had to leave my house several time. I still get sick walking into the room. I caught him smoking in my house! For God's sake, I have asthma and made it clear..no smoking. He is a SNEAK, a LIAR, and blames everyone else for his poor work. I'm crazy, the other independent contractors are liars because they want to do the remedial work (which he refuses to do) and everyone has a problem except him. Really? I have photos if anyone wants to see them. You would not believe the mess he left me with.

He didn't ground the wires in the electrical box next to a slop sink where it's extremely wet and endangered my life. Grounding wires is electric 101. This guy is a ditz. Very dangerous. He promised to fix the electrical issues in the room as part of the job and I had to hire an electrician to do it at a great deal of cost to me.

He will not come back and fix things. The medicine cabinet was installed crooked and with sharp screws sticking out and not even into the studs. I had to pay a lot of money for someone to come and re-do most of his work but now the shower needs to be replaced and installed properly. I will have to sue this guy now. This is a NIGHTMARE!
