This individual will not only take your money which is an ordinary theft but verbally abuse you. His company offering prepaid VOIP will authorize your account after paying at least $15. Then they will email you numerous messages subjected: Diamondcard VPN Service - Available within 24 Hours. The internet phone service via internet telephony clients they list on their website www.diamondcard.us like Ekiga softphone is not working at all. You will get a message or similar. Nobody will take care of. Karrington rejects any refund. If you request it he will respond promptly *From:* Stephen Karrington

Hello,

This user initiated profanity himself because he is unable to follow basic directions.

Regarding "Then they will email you numerous messages subjected: Diamondcard VPN Service - Available within 24 Hours. " This is one email we sent out when we released our new VPN service to our customers. This user is a customer. We do not send out multiple emails on the same topic.

Regarding "Ekiga softphone is not working at all." Ekiga is an Open Source project at www.ekiga.net. We are not Ekiga. We do not guarantee a user can get Ekiga working. This is stated in our terms and conditions. This user seems to think we are Ekiga. This is incorrect.

Once a Diamondcard account is active there are no refunds. This is clearly stated in our terms and conditions of service which the user agreed to before signup.

We made many suggestions to him. He did not follow any of our instructions.
