| Not too long ago, a deaf man stopped by to this store and stated himself that he is deaf and showing about Deaf Education Commutations, and they have refused to read it and/or refused to commutation with a deaf man, or both, and it is considered violation of Federal law, American With Disabilities Acts of 1990. We have made few contacts and this store has refused to solve this severe issues. |

This incident is a fabrication. We did communicate with the individual and told him we were not interested in buying the product he was offering. We politely thanked him for coming in.
The contacts made to me were to try to extort money from me and we refused to pay. The portrayal above is not accurate at all.

| I find it laughable that a State Farm agent would attack a 'Scaminformer' site that targets unscrupulous and criminals in the insurance racket. Of course a member of the insurance mafia would use any means to discredit and condemn anyone for exposing their unethical, immoral and illegal acts. Agents will do anything to take as much money as possible from trusting people and then do everything in their power to avoid paying valid claims. I'm quite sure State Farm and other companies train their agents to be the perfect sociopaths by acting honestly, but when the first claim hits their office they look for ways to deny it. State Farm's slogan that it's a 'Good Neighbor' is laughable, because no good neighbor would ever profit off of the misery of others. But that's why most agents and employees of the insurance cartel are worse than any Mafia member. They will do anything for money and that includes preying on the most vulnerable people in society. The supposed State Farm agent above, who calls himself Mike Scheafer, said that the original portrayal above is not accurate at all, but conveniently FAILED to cite ONE example of how the portrayal is not accurate. In other words, the guy is nothing but a stooge for State Farm and will do anything, and I mean ANYTHING to please his insurance mafia bosses. |

SUPERMAN12345 is a pile of crap trying to build controversy where it doesn't belong. Almost as bad as buying hot coffee, taking the lid off and getting burned by said coffee.
Mike Scheafer is not only a trustworthy individual, his track record will show that he cares more about the public and other peoples well being above and beyond his own. He lives within his means and donates time and money to worthy causes.
Frivolous lawsuits are way too rampant in a country where most everyone feels entitled to something. They tell us not to treat disabilities as "outcasts" but the minute there is a discrepancy or a disagreement the disability is propped above the non-disable party.
This was a stupid case where the complainant did not want to be turned away and saw an opportunity where the property manager was negligent and attacked a legitimate, trustworthy business that simply did not want to purchase from a vendor who basically invaded a business and expected sympathy. |
