Received certificates from ADT as a promotion to offset the cost of the security services. Sent in 2 $12.95 cashiers checks to Star Rebates to sign up for their Food rebate program and their Fuel rebate program. Buy submitting receipts monthly I should be receiving 2 $20 gift card rebates per month. I received gift cards for July of 2010 ONLY. Since then I have been diligently following their protocol and submitting my receipt vouchers monthly and have received nothing more. It is now March 2011, but my calculation they owe me $320. When you try to contact the company you receive a canned response as follows: "Dear Star Rebates Guest, We process all files in the order they are received. At this point we have not processed your information. Unfortunately due to the popularity of this promotional program we are not able to modify the rules in this manner. Please carry on with your other redemption months. Once your rebate is processes and approved we will issue the payment in the order you advised.
We appreciate your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Star Rebates Customer Service" And that was in November, still haven't received any other refunds...status remains "pending".
