SSMC Xpress-Intl hires a bunch of crooks! They boast on a quick and efficient service that advertises heavily through the media. They guarantee that when you ship your package, once your Tracking Number shows delivered, then they are responsible for the package. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING WITH THEM! They open your packages and take what they want. When you confront them about the stolen mail, they give you a long story about BIG trays that is mostly JUNK MAIL is delivered to their office daily which takes a while to sort out. How can you boast a quick and efficient service when your JUNK MAIL takes a while to sort out? When you enquire about your mail, the Montego Bay staff gets rude and corrupt (which is completely against their Terms of Service you agree and sign to) and stop receiving your mail. They claim that they will return your mail if your name is not on the mail piece.
When you sign up with SSMC, they give each customer a Department Code that is tied to their name. If you send a package without your name and only the Department Code, they claim to have return the mail. When you check with the sender, they have not received ANYTHING, because they have already taken your mail. I am currently having a VERY hard time with retrieving my mail as I use them to receive my money orders for my graphic designing. They do not have a price sheet as they charge you according to how you look or what they think you can afford. For one envelope, the regular charge is $1125, but because I am receiving a money order for my graphic designing, they charge you $2250! Double the charge! When you complain about it, they take it down, then hike it back up because you may receive more than two or three money orders. These people are rude and they do not know how to operate a business. They are crooks! I am not the only one who has endured a bunch of problems with them stealing your mail, am just the first to make an international complaint. They even have employed persons I know personally that left the company when they just started out because of how thief and dishonest they are! They think they might get away with my hard earned money.... Well SSMC, guess again. I am going to let EVERYONE know that you people are a bunch of high end crooks! I NEED MY MONEY!
