One Step stain & odor remover is a product for cleaning stains in carpet, etc. I had a trial size version from my carpet installer which worked very well and wanted to order more. First I tried to order online but none of their links worked so I called their phone number to order. I ordered around Mid May 2011. A couple of weeks went by and I never received my product. I called and the woman (Renee) told me it was on back order. (She never told me that when I ordered it!) She said it would be shipped out and takes 10 days with UPS because it was going from Texas to Michigan. (I was talking to someone in Georgia.) One June 3rd my credit card was billed... still no product. I called every week in June to find out what was going on. I would leave messages with no return calls. Renee would keep telling me it was shipped when it wasn't. THe owner of the so-called company told me one time he was actually shipping it as we spoke--a lie. Some other guy told me he was on the phone with UPS as he was answering my call and he'd check with UPS and call me back--he didn't. Finally I threatened them with reporting them to Mastercard and BBB and demanded a UPS tracking number and Renee gave me one. Well, all the did was create a shipping label but never gave UPS the product to ship! Today is 7/7/11 and still no product. They never intended to ship me anything--just rip me off. I am going to my credit union and have the charges reversed, report them to master card, BBB and anywhere else I can to spare other people from getting ripped off. This is a shame because the product really works well--too bad you can't buy it!
