Sponsored Whips Scammed my husband for 199.99! Wilmington , Delaware

MY husband responded to this company but he sent in $199.99, we jumped through all the hoops, a "Real" agent called my husband, told us that they were working on getting him sponsors. Then the phone calls stopped, no communication, nothing. We tried to get ahold of the guy without any success. It wasn't until we went on the web and started making public complaints that someone got ahold of us, and tried to claim that they had tried to contact us several times without success. I was an at home mom at the time, so I knew nobody had tried to call! Phone calls, and communication again stopped, and when we tried to get our money back we couldn't. They claimed that because they had to register my husband the 199.99 was non-refundable. We still have not been able to get ahold of anyone, or get our money back!
