Reliability/ Safety :: Radio broadcasting, Television and Radio actors, Media Communications, Marketing and Media professionals. A 22-month observation has revealed the following information on the SparkNet Communications LP, ?JACK-FM guy' voice talent, located at 504 Rosedale Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee 37211. Incidents observed and reported reveal that cyberwatching has been a continuing practice for the leader, known as the JACK-FM guy. For years, the voice talent and organization head has used Americans against their will or without their knowledge to deliver entertainment. When it was finally discovered by one listener, there was no wizardry or escape from the sophisticated private listening and tracking system.
Harassment has been well-crafted by the "JACK-FM guy," who offices/ syndicates out of South Central Radio Group and who is also the talent of BOB-FM, Big Sticks Broadcasting and HoCo Productions. When the JACK-FM voice talent was confronted about invading people's privacy and lives, investigators heard a story about a rehabilitated man having a particular state of mind and a particular underdog position to life. Consequences of this agenda reaches outward to every adult and child who listens to satellite and traditional radio, who watches media marketing on Cable and network TV, who accesses internet media, who watches outdoor network billboard displays and printed media. Listener abuses When his victims fight back, refuse, defy or evade monitoring themselves, they are threatened with control, fear tactics and violence. Victims are subject to monitoring, criticism or insinuated sex harrassment using integrated media that neglects thousand-dollar promises made to media marketers. When victims asked management, the JACK-FM guy himself (the leader of SparkNet Communications marketing and syndicating entity), to stop his controlling behavior themselves, they were asked to excuse the operator for not being wiser and more aware, that the action was consistent with his ability. Factoring in that support systems somehow failed at office or home or any other excuse after the disclosure, the way the operator continues to bombard victims with severe health code violations, to invade with cyberhacking activity and to abuse the priviledge granted to him by FCC, again and again, months after the problem aired is now known to be what is consistent with his behavior. Criminal activity Claims that the operator cyberhacked access, queued up criticism and commentary to audiences at shopping, restaurants, sporting events, public buildings and performances, at home and in the car have all been ignored. The management manufactures this criticism/ love mix, abusive/ art expression out of his studio using one system/ studio, a number of channels and transmitter. Reports revealed a history of active cocaine use/ dependency, alcohol comsumption while at work. Claims that bullying conduct loses power and disappears outside the four walls are shortsighted as carelessness does not remain contained at the local studio. Suspicion to the transmission, technology understanding and access to media happens daily, monthly, by years. It is a violation to FCC licensing, a stain to SAG-AFTRA supporters, a high-stake demand to business, community and faith leaders, a black eye to wireless internet futures and a global call-to-action among media professionals. The operator disclosed the scheme to several peers over the last year regarding his involvement in cybercrime and abuse. Many times the operator reported tears and sleepless nights to one victim that a scandalous crime would jeopardize corporate reputation and brand position with widespread fear and upset. Ignoring the problem or the perpetrator did not end the violation. The operator/ manager has never been charged by police. Claims of abuse have little priority in relation to the economic value in marketing sales for the new digital radio industry. The operator and president insinuates his sexual stamina nation-wide and performance agenda using his marketers' ads. Positioning himself as a harmless lizard or humorous underdog identity (who happen to be his clients) may win attention, but the tactic underlies the troubling problem of illegal activity and bullying that is already present. According to one report, there is little will to remove the operator, to demote or enforce compliance in a cost-cutting radio business model.
.
Local police did not remain involved with the case after a short observation period. The situation has not been the same since lawmakers, dignitaries, celebrities and policymakers became aware of the problem. The operator is well-connected and media renowned as violence increases, according to one victim. There are many victims. |
