SPARKCHESS is a complete and total joke. They do not give you points when someone you are beating disconnects from their site in the middle of a game. Their scoring and points awarding is all over the place. Half the time I also get 9 points when someone with 2000 more points than I have resigns. Or I beat them. I asked them about this. they said they keep changing how it works. It works in favor of those who buy their software. These people have also complained about their lack of support which I have noticed. They do not have support. AT ALL!!!!! They are notorious for disconnecting you when you are obliterating one of their higher point players
that has purchased their software. NO PERSON I have played, NO MATTER HOW MANY POINTS THEY HAVE, is as good as their chess engine that drives BORIS, which is very high level. It is very clear that people cheat to get their huge amount of points. It is not mathematically possible for some person to have over 20,000 points in their account. These people are horrible. The cheat to get these huge number of points. I notice that other people are now filing RIPOFF REPORTS them. Sparkchess deserves the RIPOFF REPORTS
