We entered into an agreement beginning in June of 2010 for the
development or purchase of 4 software products. We paid Kristen and Moses Johnson via Paypal
$7400 and all products delivered are either non-functional or not what
we were promised. These products were supposed to be delivered in full
within 2-3 weeks upon purchase. 7 months later we still have nothing completed. These individuals operate as SonicPlayer, LLC and
IPGreenhouse. I believe they intentionally have defrauded us and have
misled us from the very beginning about their capabilities and what they
are actually able to deliver. They have ceased communication with our
firm despite numerous attempts on our part via telephone and email to
contact them. We have asked for a full refund for products that were not
delivered as promised and they refuse to do this. We have filed a
complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center, our bank, Paypal,
and fully intend to bring suit against these individuals. I am not sure
if they have defrauded others but they knowingly and willingly have
caused harm to my company (a startup). They even sold us software they
had no right to as evidenced here:

I have complete documentation of my communications with these parties
and am hoping that the BBB can assist me in making sure these
individuals do not harm anyone else. I paid out over $7400 of money I
barely have to better my own startup website and 7 months later, endless
broken promises, and countless lies I have nothing to show for the
money I sent them. If you're considering doing business with them, I'd be very, very cautious about paying them prior to delivery.

I am a freelancer, I worked for Moses Johnson and Kristen Johnson for over 25 hours and with the job done they are not willing to pay me, they rarely reply on my invoice and even if they do they say it will be paid by coming friday and the pay me, when I contacted them by phone, they abuse me in filth language. I am deeply disturbed. I live overseas so I am unable to do anything legally. I have every evidence of emails and skype conversation.
I sincerely plead neither a client nor freelancer to approach SonicPlayer, LLC and IPGreenhouse nor someone with names Kristen Johnson and Moses Johnson

Hello,
I'm very sorry to hear about how User553307 was given non functional software, and worst still, how alot of money was spend.
I checked their Ipgreenhouse.com website and saw a portfolio of products that were displayed as sold. I guess some of those products are what might have been sold to you User553307. Kindly provide me with the names of the 4 software products that were sold to you by Moses and Kristen.
