| songplacements.com aka Fast Break Music aka DriveMusic charged my boyfreind $400.00 while promising to promote his band. After receiving their payment,this company did not return our emails of calls. The company then recharged $200.00 to the credit card. Unable to contact anyone from this company. There is a fairly large amount of negative press online about this company and the fraudulent manner in which this company does business. The company contacts musicians online,states they will do promotion to various radio and tv outlets,record companies,etc,but we received no proof the company attempted to do any of these things. Company employees are listed in various reports online as company president Inga Gasparyan,David Hitt Hollywood Ca.,Bella Week,Giorgio,Matt,Ben Stidham,Hilary Nemick,This company is listed officially and in online complaints as 7039 sunset blvd hollywood ca. This company charges upfront for promotion,appears to do no promotion,then recharges credit cards $200.00. Fast Break Music,songplacements.com is a fraudulent telemarketing company scamming artists and musicians.Inga Gasparyan Los Angeles Ca is a fraud,David Hitt is reported as being from Port Charlotte Fla.,reported as a legitimate business failure,no further info on Bella Week,Giorgio,"Matt", online reports say a Ben Stidham is now with a company Momentum Music.Artist beware! |

The cumulative complaints as of the past 10 yrs filed with the attny general as well as bbb and other gov and legal organizations has led to a full investigation of the SCAM businesses under the names of song placements co, Hitt music group, fast break music/drive music and many more aliases . Their is currently a multi-million dollar class action suit being filed against them as well as their owners David Hitt (which is an alias name) as well as Inga Gasparyan, Bella Week (Alias name) Ben Stidham and all of their current and former employees. Word has it that they are going to be facing serious charges stemming from copyright infringements as well as fraudulent/deceptive business practices and one of the most recent being forgery of legal and financial documentation.
Their are several major credit card agencies aboard as well to corroborate these charges and allegations which puts them in what legal analysts and experts like to refer to has "fully leveraged legal regression" Unfortunately their evasiveness with phony and expired memberships, and their former employees own testimonies, as well as multiple company name changes and employee aliases has been their own worst enemy, as it acted as their own self-admission of deceptive and illegal business practices. |

| It's great to hear and I hope they are prosecuted for their elaborate consumer scam.A former employee of Fast Break Music is Ben Stidham, who has started a new company Momentum Music LLC at 1944 Whitley Ave ste 103, Los Angeles Ca. 90068. Per internet complaints with the BBB, Ben Stidham promised refunds to members that he did not provide. Greg Monty is beleived to be a former employee of Fast Break music aka songplacements.com, and he is also a founder of Momentum Music LLC. David Hitt formerly of Port Charlotte Florida is the listed ceo of Hitt Music Group which also goes under the name songplacements.com and Fast Break Music. He is on facebook along with Ben Stidham, Bella Week, and Inga Gasparyan, the official listed ceo of Fast Break Music. They are pretty easy to find. As for now, please be warned Momentum Music with Ben Stidham is a scam, he was with Fast Break Music for years starting when it was known as songplacements.com |
