Software Submit softwaresubmit.net Payment Confirmed by vendor but only did 1/10th of job - BEWARE - FRaud Not shown, Internet

I paid for their website submission service as the site looked professional and it requests you to make a log-in name as well. I should have looked further as they have no physical address on the website. I made the payment got a email confirmation for my acct. However, I got another email that payment was never received ad it would be looked into within 48 hours. Well, it never was looked into the by the website softwaresubmit.NET and I sent 5 or 6 requests to them and no answer. I looked for a phone # and no answer. So, I had to file a paypal claim to get a response. On that very day that it wa sinitiated, provider does a report that is only 1/10 of what was supposed to be done. And since it is not a tangible item, I have no recourse or refund . They can do whatever when it comes to paypal. Bascially, for this stuff you should use a real credit card and dispute it then get your money back from scam that softwaresubmit pulls. They are indeed a real ripoff company playing the system. Don't be another victim to them.. SoftwareSubmit.NET is a big scam. They sent me a report with number of submissions, X amount; failed submissions X amount, and successful another amount,..I got my 1st clue when the subtracted number did not add up and the submission time as 12:00:00 midnight from the software. Yeah, right..they just doctored the report. Dam Cheaters, scam, crooks The are based in Poland after doing more research. Go with an American based company next time that you can physically call & check reviews and scam in keyword searches for them. Don't fall for the VOIP phone # and foreign accent people lying to you as if they are in the USA. What a dam ripoff they are.

I accept that too, I pay them and they send me an username and password but they never get me any report and they don't answer their livechat and email !!!

THEY ARE STAMMERS
