I ordered , paid with credit card online , received ordered item damaged . Item , was a Windows XP upgrade . Disc arrived cracked . There was no hard case packaging , just a large bubble type envelope . I called the company about what do with the damaged Item , and was told , that they will send me a new Disc , don't have to send the damage disc back . After waiting for several days , I called the company to find out where my replacement disc was . Answer was this time , the manager just left , we will call you back . Never happened . Called again , except this time the customer service was not available . Left a voice mail . Never heard from them . Called again different time of the day , same thing , customer service not available at this time . OK called Sales instead , same girl that I talked to in customer service answered . Can't do anything , the manager is not here , will call you back . Never happened . Called again next day , this time I was told by same girl that the new disc is in the mail . Still waiting .......... I recognize the girl's voice because of an either speech impediment or some unidentifiable accent . The item was only $ 55.00 , but I don't like being taken for a sucker that's why I filed this complain . Thanks for your time , Oh I also sent them an e-mail addressed to them about this , you guessed , no response .
