| They took my money and added several fake profiles to my facebook fan page. Some even had the same exact pictures! And of course, all the profiles were private. The phone number listed is a redirect phone number, so they are likely in some third world country. I have complained to Paypal. If you have been scammed, please do the same. |

How are you? My name is Quan. I am also a socialkik client since august 13th. I lost about $600. My whole youtube channel is terminated by the ways socialkik “advertise” to get more fans. I am a musician; it’s a stab in the back. My facebook fan 10.000 also still “inprogress” and then invalid. I asked for the whole campaign refund but got the run around for the last few months. Customer service “department” is terrible. They afraid to introduce their names/telling their location of operation. “ I will notify the technical team” is their usual quote. After that, they just “offline” to ignore me or you. They are no longer wanting to talk to me. They “recognize” my email.
Socialkik is a big fraud. I am strongly believe it is operating by a team of CON ARTISTS hidden behind the computer screen. I talked to Cathleen, from Paypal, about 2 days ago, she told me that Socialkik is locating in California. She emailed me the information below to file a claim; hopefully to shut-down this unethical business as soon as possible. Please spread this message.

1. File an internet complaint report against the other party.
• National Fraud Information Center
• Internet Crime Complaint Center IC3.gov
• California State Attorney General since the customer service number was listed for California
2. File a police report against the other party.

Add your mobile number to your PayPal account so we can reach you right away if we ever need to verify account activity with you. Simply log in to your PayPal account, click 'Profile' near the top of the page and then click 'Update' beside 'Phone'.
You can also make and receive payments with your mobile phone when you add it to your PayPal account. After your confirm your number and create a PIN, you'll be able to get money, send money, check your balance, or manage your account from your phone using simple text messages.
