Website had no shopping cart so they placed the order without any confirmation. when i tried to call and cancel the order they refused to do so.
I was trying to order the $19.99 pillow buy 1 get 1 free. plus s/h for both pillows. Without my knowlege or consent they charged me a total of $71.00. $31.00 shipping, $19.99 for one pillow and 19.99 handling.
My only option from the company would be return the items minus s/h. If there was ever the definition of a scam or scam, this is it.

Oh My Gosh! I can't believe I found this. This exact SAME THING just happened to me. I ordered ONE pillow but on the CONFIRMATION it charged me for TWO. Now my problem is locating a phone number to call them BEFORE they ship the darn things to me because you KNOW they are not going to refund me the shipping and it wasn't even my fault. Well, I am glad I just happened to stumble upon your post because I will most likely have to submit a dispute with my bank and I will copy your info above to send along with my dispute. Thanks.
I officially am submitting this as my complaint about this company selling SobakawaB Cloud Pillow by National Express Online. Contacting the Better Business next as this website SobakawaB has the BBB symbol at the bottom of the page. THAT was one of the reasons I thought I would be safe. WOW! Won't the BBB be pleased to hear about this. Thanks

| I ordered about one hundred dollars worth of goods on the cloud pillow website and when the automated phone voice signed off she said my charges were 500.00. Am trying to figure out what to do. The posts at this site indicate the company is a scammer and I will post them on the internet if they fail to come in at my number given to the automatated voice, , , , , , |
