Smile Movers Damaged, Missing, & Re-packed boxes. Different truck shows up in N.Carolina from Il. Internet

My daughter moved from Wonder Lake, Il. to Troutman, N.Carolina in Dec.2010 and I paid the bill. I am her Father. She contracted this company(if you can call a sham being run out of an apartment a company), and were very freindly until the money was paid with a credit card. After that, they never answered their phone OR the door of their supposed company(apartment). I went there several times and nobody ever answered the door. My phone calls went unanswered after I told them why I was calling. After a very traumatic experience, my daughter notified me of her personal things being unpacked, RE-packed, damaged items, and missing items. She tried several times to contact this God Forsaken company through email and phone. ALL went unanswered. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, case #94342441 on 3/24/2011 and they never responded. I filed a report with the Il. Attorney Generals office of Lisa Madigan, and they never respondede. File#2011-CONSC-00308850). This is NOT a company. It is a front for someone who SUB-contracts all his moving because he HAS NO MOVING COMPANY!! He has NO trucks with his name on them If you use this OUTFIT you are either DUMB, IGNORANT, OR STUPID!! Use a reputable company and good luck.-------From a very upset Father.
