Our a recent encounter with Sino Industry Company Limited & Mr Ricky Huang who we believe has fraudulently taken our monies and failed to deliver our cargo by air to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As noted on the attached invoice, we made an order on 12th May from Mr Ricky Huang ( Sino Industry Company Limited) who agreed to complete production within 10 days and send the cargo immediately by air freight to Dubai. In good faith we sent the company two transfers each one equalling US$1600 each, to the total amount of US$3200 (see attached). As of today the cargo is overdue by 10 days. We have received no confirmation or proof that the order has been fulfilled and they have failed to provide a timely update, an airway bill number, an airwaybill copy, flight details, or even confirmed that the cargo has been sent by air. We can only come to the conclusion that we have been fraudulently scammed by the company. His company and contact details are noted below:

We have sent the cargo already. We can send the copy of BL to you if anyone request.
So that we request to remove this information.

Why you do this us ? We really can not understand.
We have original BL on handle already, we never make agreement send the cargo by air.
Anyone need the copy of BL, we can send to him to check it. This customer is very bad guy, he always put things to us, and do not understand the international trade way. We get him 50% payment on May 15th, and we finish the cargo on May 25th which we have make agreement that we need 10 days to produce. And we need one week to book the boat. So it is normally way to do innational trade like this way. |

| The reality is we made the order and requested that they send the cargo by air. We paid $0.40 per bag and it was agreed that the cargo would be sent by air emailed and proof we have. They have still failed to deliver |

| We are a Portuguese Company, we have ordered pp woven bags, payed the full order, and we have never received the products. We were also deceived by this Mr. Ricky Huang and his false Company. |

Our Company have seen this Chinese Supplier contacts thought the website Made-In-China on March 2010.
After we chosen this suplier, we have received the sample bag to approve the rest of the production. Then Mr. Ricky Huang gave us the Packaging List, the Invoice, the Proforma Invoice. And he demanded the payment in full before sending the total quantity of the bags, we have made the Bank transfer to Mr. Ricky Huang account:

This supplier sent me samples, by FEDEX, with his business card. All process was believable, until I pay the full order, and Mr. Ricky Huang never return to my emails or phone calls, and my bags... no sigh of it...
I hope this would be informative enough for this false supplier does not fraud anyone else.
We have reported this matter to the China Embassy here in Portugal, they inform us that Sino Industry Company Limited is a false Company. They have all the informations regarding this Mr. Ricky Huang, and we are still making everything to find this man.
