SINGSNAP does it again. How many times
has Trevor, Annie, dorky Rob and other staff drive the nails into members
heads by telling them NO. You cannot embed your dayam videos on other
sites. It is AGAINST our TOS??? You can ONLY post links to your
videos. Ya know, like Facebook and blah, blah,
blah. Your videos must have a direct link back to Singsnap.
Well, of
course members pointed out that Annie and lez buddie "sit on my face" Novella had videos from
Snapland on Youtube for months before they were forced to remove them because
too many people now knew about it. See? Ya's got caught
girls.
Now? Trevor has AGAIN broken his own TOS by allowing member
muzikmama to embed Singsnap videos on her own personal web site cleverly
disguised as a SS fan site. So f**cking what?
Don't care what
KIND of site it is, if one member can embed and share their videos on another
site off of Singsnap then EVERY SINGLE member of Singsnap should be allowed to
do so also.
Why can one member do this and not all members? Gee,
do they just say I'm a HUGE fan of singsnap so I git to embed my vids
too? YEY!!!
NOT.
They just get banned. Trevor?
You cannot allow any member to embed peoples videos on a site. This gal
Terri has a zazillion SS members videos on this personal web site. She
also has a Stickam music site.
She has a pic of McGuires mug on the
front of her web page. All one has to do is google search the site to
see all the embedded vids. Sign up and see all the embedded videos.
BREAKING THE SINGSNAP TOS.
Does Mz. Terri even know the site is being
sued for assault, harassment, libel, slander and copyright infringement?
Would she want to continue to willingly (Probably by Trevor) break SS's TOS by
having dozens of embedded videos on her site pouring out the love for a place
thats always being sued? Does Terri know lawsuits are why she's
more then likely forking over $15 a month now for her Gold account?
Does Terri know Trevor and staff like Annie go into member's accts whenever they want and help themselves to private pm's and videos to do whatever they want with them?
Trevor, do the rest of Singsnap's members know you break the TOS for regular member muzikmama Terri only because it's a f**king fan club? Why dont the rest of the members claim a "fan club" too so they cann put their vids on their own personal sites or Myspace, Facebook Stickam (like Terri, muzikmama) or anywhere else for that matter?
Snap's TOS does NOT say "except for member muzikmama who has a fan club for me"

This gal Terri also warns people to not use other peoples names cos she'll "cross reference". Um...How exactly?
Wouldn't staff have to do that? Terri cannot cross reference anything without Singsnap electronic help. It just get's better and better.
I'm getting really tired of Singsnap owners and staff picking and choosing which members can breakk the tos while the rest of them cant. There is no stip in the TOs for BS like this.
ALL MEMBERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO EMBED LINKS.
Terie or muzikmama is a regular member. Not even staff. the last time I remember staff embedding was a big fat no no and they got caught. Remember Annie pretending she had no idea what anyone was talking about for quite some time?
All the staff involved and Trevor are always circling the drain aren't they? Shouldn't be too long before they finally go down. Gurgle...Gurgle... |
