Simmons dba W Hotels Mattresses Cannot be contacted to honor warrantee claim for over 2 months Internet

After reporting an warrantee claim to W hotels the store, we have attempted to email and call Simmons to no avail. No response to email. They have a new message as to why they are not answering their phones regularly, whether "training for customer service" or "closed due to weather

Manufacturing date from law tag (Top seam head of mattress and box springs)

Dear W Hotels: We bought the W mattress, order number 295207, due to the excellent reputation of the brand. Unfortunately, we have had some difficulties. After enjoying the bed for a little over 2 years, we are distressed to find that there is a large indent now in the bed, which is very uncomfortable and unsightly. We bought this with the understanding that there was a 10 year warranty on the bed, and we would like to have someone look at it. Yours truly, XXXXXX
