I ordered $240 worth of clothing and boots from workinggear.com on April 2, 2011 and instantly received an e-mail confirmation saying that my order would ship in 5-7 business days. I received an email on April 5 saying that my boots would ship on April 8 and half of my clothing order would ship on April 6. Nothing arrives by monday april 11. I did, however, receive an email on April 11 saying the other half of my clothing order would ship on April 13 (remember, it was supposed to ship in 5-7 days and it will have been 11 days when my order ships). I call on April 12 and leave a voicemail asking that they call me back and explain what is taking so long. I don't get a call back so I call April 13 and and get a woman on the phone who tells me my whole order shipped on April 13. I explained to her that the email said it would ship in 5-7 business days and parts of my order were shown to ship on April 6 & 8. She got smart with me and told me that wasn't right. I read her the email verbatum where it did say that and she got mad and hung up on me because she wrong! I will never do business with them again!
