Shotgun Valley, LLC is owned and operated by Steve Moore an attorney with Bunger and Robertson, PA in Bloomington as well as Raymond Moore, retired plumber/construction trade also in Bloomington, Indiana. In March of 2011 both Mr. Emery and Mr. Moore agreed to place a "hard money" mortgage on a property that my son who is in the Marines and I wanted to purchase. To begin with the closing went awry because the lenders backed out of their agreement after the deal was closed and funded, Florida is a table funding state, and the title agent allowed this to happen. We ended up closing it a week later, and now the lenders are threatening foreclosure, because of an insurance issue. Let's set the record straight, the mortgage is a fraud, keep in mind that residential properties all aspects of the loan, regardless if it is a hard money lender or not must be disclosed and done so in writing. Also, all persons or companies placing mortgages on residential properties in Florida must be licensed by the state to do so, these characters are not, and get this Steve Emery is a real estate attorney, in Indiana. You would think he would follow the legal letter of the law, however he and his partner have not. To make matters worse, the day that I met with the one partner, Mr. Moore at the house for a walk through, he was so busy trying to convince me to have sex with him that he could not remember the conversation about the house, repulsive man talking about how good my behind looked, all the while continuing to try to touch me and hug me, while telling me that his wife no longer had an interest in sex. Pretty nasty, well for those of you out there dealing with people like I am dealing with, research your state laws with regards to residential lending, you would be amazed at what is on your side. As for these two, please advoid them at all costs, both seem to be good at "fraud", and because one has a license, as an attorney that makes him that much more dangerous, although not too informed. |
