I rented my townhouse to Sheilisia Hickmon. She was on Section 8 Housing, however she was dropped due to the numerous people she had living in the townhouse and lying about rent amounts. Her so called brother whom was really her boyfriend got in my mother's face when she showed up due the fact that the rent hadn't been paid in months. He tried to fight her and afterwards we had to evict her and her son. When she moved out, she punched holes in the walls, caused water damage, broke windows and threw urine in the refrigerator and freezer. Do not rent to this person.

You rented to me and I wish I would have passed that molded unit up, I paid your Greedy ass, just because you Drug using Mother wanted to come in and take my TV (SMOKERS) you just wanted more the state of texas valued that molded ass unit worth 861.00 and you want someone topay a 1000.00 you need to dig for gold another place not with me and you are ghetto looking like a dude. To sum it up send your mother to rehab and stop using your townhouse to Gold Dig, find some class and us it. I dont understant why you and you mother hate me hate the person you were raised by they failed at the job. I have moved on and being strong still have a roof now be cool and respect your elders, young lady you seen me and could not say anything face to face SMH your all talk and talking lies also if we put urine in the fridge why is it still in the Town Home that say alot about you SLUMLORDS************************
