WOW!!! Where do I begin? This is the worse company I have ever run into! They were given a job to make our sim team their suits and they failed! First of all, They charged each person separate shipping charges claiming it would come to our house. After 1 month of waiting I called asking where they were. They didn't call back. I e-mailed and after the 3rd e-mail they finally e-mailed a real rude e-mail . I e-mailed them back reminding them that there is a law that states that a company has to tell the customer where their items are if it takes longer then a month. I finally got a phone call from them after that e-mail and they gave me some lame excuse. THEY NEED TO COMMUNICATE! We finally did get 1 shipment in on the day of our first swim meet but it was all sent to one location. We were not refunded the high shipping cost that we were charged. After a few more weeks (with more swimming meets done) some people did receive their suits. NO ONE HAS GOTTEN THEIR SWIM CAPS ! The other people who did not receive their suits were told that he was not going to make up any more suits for our team, Never mind he has had the order in for a while. He doesn't even bother to contact these people. They have to figure out how to get a hold of him, HE NEEDS TO COMMUNICATE!!!!! So here we are with 4 swim meets behind us and only 3 more to go and he is telling us that the suits we ordered at the beginning of the season will not be made but he will ship us plain suits without our team name on it. WOW, He should be giving us these for free at this point. Now as for the quality of these suits... They are terrible! After the first swim the kids have hundreds of snags on the front of these suits. Some of these suits are already fading. My kids have Finis suits that they have used 3 times a week for over a year and these suits look better now after 1 year of use then our team suits look after 1 day of use. That is just pathetic. Our team will NEVER use this company again. They need to learn how to deal with teams and communicate! |
