While my wife and I was in a hotel because of a horrible water tragady servpro was to do the demo on my house and inventory everything that wasnt going to the insurance company and put in a P.O.D. in my drive way well nothing got inventoried and my family had around $3,000 worth of stuff stolen from us worst of all, all of our christmas ornaments and lights stuff we made when we were in elementary school in the late 70's early 80's and they stuff my children made when they were in elemetary school came up missing I had pictures stole a window a/c and my daughters pictures off of her wall and they also threw away all of my college school book which I have to repurchase (over 1,200) they promised to take care of befor christmas so I had to end up taking them to small claims court where the Judge (Piazza) wouldnt let me present any evidence so servpro got away with only having to pay 1,300 which I have not seen yet they dont seem to care at all that our christmas was ruined sucks that my house got ruined my property got stolen and had to take them to court and they havent paid truly sad there number is 515-986-3711 everyone call them and tell them that what they done to my family was wrong and to pay up to finally get closure!!!!!!!
