Service America is a joke. I have called several times this year and they were not able to fix anything. It will take several days for someone to come out, and when the do come out they need another specialist to try to fix, which usually they can't. I have had to leave work several days for several hours at time to go home and hear their excuses. For some reason electrical outlets are not covered indoor or outdoor, the replaced a part in the dishwasher that was leaking and it is still leaking, and they told me I am better of buying a new dishwasher because they can not figure it out. The dishwasher is 4 years old, hardly and antique. And finally I had to wait 3 days for a specialist to look at my Air Conditioner in the 90 degree weather of South Florida, just to find out Service America only covers the main air conditioner which is for kitchen and living rooms and not the bedrooms. So basically my 5 month pregnant wife, 10 month old daughter and 5 year old daughter had to sleep on the floor to hear another lame excuse. The service agreement is a waste of money and most of all a waste of time.
