The toy arrived damaged, the stickers were all torn up; and came in about 150 pieces. Unfortunately, you need 151 pieces. The axle for the peddles was missing! The instructions for assembly are unintelligible. Pieces are not labeled, so it is impossible to tell which piece is which and where it might go. All in all, a complete piece of Junk!!! I would not buy this for my worst enemy. Just imagine me having to try and explain to a 2 year old that their new toy was broken before she even got to use it! This vendor should be ashamed for selling this garbage and Amazon should be ashamed for allowing them to sell it!!! Now, here's the great part! It is impossible to return the item and buy another. As I said, this was a gift for our daughter and it was from a business associate. All I wanted was a credit so that I could buy a better toy elsewhere on Amazon and not embarrass the gift giver.Impossible!!! But if you enjoy speaking to lovely yet uncooperative Amazon customer service representatives in the Philippines and India, knock yourself out! Also, Amazon keeps referring me back to Sensory University (Who only offer to send another piece of junk) and Amazon acts as if it not there problem. BUT, it is!!! I finally just purchase a Big Wheel elsewhere (Not on Amazon) that is 95% assembled and have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau against both Amazon and Sensory University! WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK!!!

Bewareof Sensory University and also beware of transactions with Amazon's third party sellers. NOT FUN!!!!
