I placed an internet order with "ScyberHealth" for a diet supplement ....total was 60.00 plus 8.99 for 2-3 day priority shipping......that was weeks ago....since then I have left message after message on their "customer service" line and sent just as many e-mail....no response.they charged my credit card and have not sent me one thing.People that sit at a computer and rip people off with malice and intent should be placed in jail.Go get a real job where you can earn a living legally.

The same happened to me. I placed an order under their renamed, but still scam website called clickmedsonline.com. On looking at the fine print, I realised theyre operating as one and the same. Theyre also known as Scyberhealth or Healthlabs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THE PILLS THEY CLAIMED ARE PHENTERMINE ARE ACTUALLY HOODIA AND EVEN SO THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERY. THEIR EMAIL SERVER HAS ALSO STOPPED WORKING AS ALL MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN RETURNED.

Low lives like them should be weeded out and shot!

I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY (SCYBERHEALTH LLC) FOR A DIET SUPPLEMENT AS WELL BUT SHORTLY AFTER PURCHASING I NOTICED THAT ON THE RECEIPT INSTEAD OF "PHENTERMINE" IT WAS SPELLED WAY DIFFERENTLY I RIGHT AWAY TRIED CALLING AND THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE ITS JUST A VOICE MAIL SET UP. I TRIED EMAILING BUT NO RESPONSE. I THEN DECIDED TO DO SOME RESEARCH AND APPARENTLY THIS IS ALL A SCAM. I REPORTED IT TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND IM TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE SINCE IVE NEVER BEEN SCAMMED BEFORE I HOPE NOBODY GOES THROUGH WHAT IVE BEEN THROUGH WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY AND ITS TERRIBLE THOSE PEOPLE ARE JUST POCKETING IT LIKE ITS NOBODY'S BUSSINESS.

Surprise, surprise, I thought it was me being thick...I placed an order at the end of April 2011, the cost!!! 96 pounds removed from my bank account., I have also tried to contact this company by e mail only to be informed that my e mails, and i quote!!! have failed permanently.This money that i could have spent on my grandchildren.I've never had any problems when ordering products on line until now, and to say that i, m angry is an understatement.Is there away that i can recover this hard earned money.I've worked for 40years and have recently retired, so money is scarce.Is anyone familiar with how i can recover this money, i'm now reluctant to make any further purchases on line.so many people spoil it for the honest ones.
