This guy tries to apply for a job with you, but when you look at the websites he submits they are using free templates, he is doing nothing for you. Avoid at all costs this scam artist!
This is what he put in a resume, look at the bottom of oldtexaswood it says it is a free site!

I agree we did the website for http://www.oldtexaswood.com, and yes, we used a 3rd party Joomla template as a basis, and yes, we have used this in our portfolio. Please contact Lance We do many Joomla jobs using 3rd party templates, as well as creating custom Joomla templates from PSD files.
I have no idea who this person is, but I also have not ‘applied’ for a job them. But obviously, they do not know how Joomla works or how big of a part 3rd party templates are, and how much work it takes to customize and configure them.

This man ripped me off for $ 3, 500.00 and others were scam by him and his wife. if you read the 3 positive reviews by (Randywecker) (Lswenson) (Lswenson) are by him. he owns a lot of other website's I found him on scamfound his website is Verified as Fraud see for you self.

You are wrong Robby. These are from legitimate clients (1 who provided his email address to westsiderentals.com, wish I owned that). You are the one going around posting anonymous false posts. We don't need to. We have been doing website development and custom programming for 10 years and have 100's of happy clients.
There will be MANY MORE legitimate clients posting responses to your false claims about us very soon. |

We were scammed out of several thousands of dollars from these crooks, Scott Prendergast, Shawn Prendergast, and Nicole Levin. They continued to say one thing and do another. They misrepresented their business and the legitimacy of their business from day one. They put information on their website that is not true in order to solicit money from innocent hard working business owners. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU READ ON THEIR WEBSITE IT IS ALL LIES AND MADE UP BY THEM, YOU CAN EVEN TRACK SCOTT’S EMAIL ADDRESS TO ONE OF THE “TESTIMONIALS”. They spend more time and effort in defending themselves on online forums and on shutting down and creating new websites for themselves than they do on the website they promise to deliver to you. They know all the right things to say until they get your money, and then as soon as they do, they do not perform on anything they say they are going to do. They make excuses as to the lack of performance on your website just long enough to wait until the PayPal dispute time is expired so you have no recourse, but more importantly they use PayPal specifically because they know that PayPal does not even guarantee a return of funds on website development purchases, or “service purchases” (It’s in their terms and agreements). Then they claim that PayPal is finding in their favor because they have such a “good reputation with them.” Yet another one of their SCAMS. Once you confront them on their lack of performance, they tell you that they have spent “hundreds of hours” on your website, with no proof of this, yet anyone who knows anything about Joomla, and if they are supposed to be the “gurus” would know that it doesn’t take “hundreds” of hours to create a website from a template that already exists. Yet another one of their SCAMS. The Prendergast’s are liars, scammers, cheats, crooks, manipulators, thieves, a disgrace to any legitimate business, and I would not recommend doing business with them. It has been over 6 months since we first contacted them for website development we still do not have what we paid for and they still have OUR money and refuse to give it back! THE PRENDERGAST TRIO ARE SCAM ARTISTS, THEY STOLE OUR MONEY AND THOUGHT THEY COULD GET AWAY WITH IT!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND BEWARE WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH ANY PERSON IN THEIR FAMILY OR ANYONE THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH!!! BIRDS OF A FEATHER………THE PRENDERGASTS ARE SCAMMERS!!!
And Scott, do not even try and fool us by making up fictitious “happy customers” to reply to this, we have traced those IP addresses and they all lead right back to you! You’re supposed to be the Tech person and you are still stupid enough to do that! Give me a break!

PS. This is all true. Paypal has flagged the USJOOMLA account. The Paypal excuse is spot on! You only have a few days to make a claim. But, Paypal will flag the account. Show proof of payment through them and they will be banned. Also, go to the below address if you would like to join the building case. We are taking legal action against them. Contact Scamfound.org and they will forward your info to myself and my lawyer.

Funny Robby that you say this is not you. In the last week, [email protected], infamousrobby, and Rob5120 have all posted stuff about us, pretty coincidental, huh if it is not you. I guess it would take a guy who puts his own picture on his site to use his name in all of the 'anonymous posts he has been making.
Then, we received an email from a scam site that DENIED a post about us from someone with an LA ip address with a similar name. Dont you live in LA too ??? They denied the post. You have gone to godaddy, paypal, and many other places to try to slander and hurt us and they all have sided with us. Not sure what you mean by paypal flagged our account. We receive client payments EVERY DAY from paypal and the only notification we got from them was that someone had tried to question the charge but they were not going to follow it thru.
We did a lot of work for you and you kept changing your mind. You paid us a 33% deposit which is standard and you got 4 site designs and many custom component/programming components setup and installed, as well as custom member registration with custom color tool for products and fashion footprint by member to match clients with products.
We are a 100% legitimate business who have 100's of happy clients. We work on 30-50 projects a month and will continue to do so regardless of your games, But you should be careful, I AM an IT person, and the IP address of the latest slander post about some very illegal/slanderous things was provided to us by the scam with IP info of the poster. Just so happens this poster was on Road Runner in LA. Your are in LA also, correct ?? We are checking if that IP has also accessed our server over the past 6 months to view your demo sites as well as getting IP info from the emails that were sent to our corporate and gmail accounts.. The FBI will be very interested in someone posting false criminal claims against someone as a grudge. |

| Oh, and feel free to contact ANY testimonial on our site for verification. We work VERY hard to provide a good service and unfortunately in this situation the client had unrealistic expectations and now have sunken to making bogus claims about ridiculous things. |

What you are seeing is an argument, not a scam. The client (Robby) feels he has paid us money and not getting what he wants,
Our poi==opinion is he has paid us a deposit, and has changed his mind so many time we have rediesigned the site 4 times, Built almost ALL of the sites functionality.
Again, this is a disgereement, but but not a scam. We never intended to be in this position, We try very hard to please EVERY client, And we have dozens of references, please just ask if you are would like; I GUARANTEE they will all speak of great working relationships with us. |

| I have to say, my experience with these guys was more than pleasurable. I paid them half up front for a custom build joomla template and that is exactly what I got. Price was very fair and they worked with me on a couple of modifications afterwards at no extra charge. These guys will always have my business. |

Well I have to be honest, Scott and Shawn told me a lot of Great stuff quote- “We can get it upgraded to J 1.5, new clean template, add search friendly urls, and joomla security package”. I felt good about them, and yes maybe it was the Name “US Joomla Pros” Scott also asked for 50% down and I paid.
Two months later I still didn’t have anything to work with. Three month into the project I had an out dated version of Joomla that still didn’t work. This is when it was clear to me that they wanted more money to go any further. I called them daily and never received a return call, it was only when I used an unlisted phone number did I get through. After some smooth talking, Scott asked for the remainder of the fee, he said the project would get done very soon. like a dummy I sent them the money via PayPal and you got it I still didn’t get any of the things they said they were going to do: Upgraded to J 1.5, New Clean Template, Add search friendly URSL’s, and Joomla Security Package” I didn’t even get a return call, just silence.
I am now working with a local developer that is making progress. He answers his calls and emails progress reports……. WE HAVE A COOL SITE IN THE WORKS NOW and the cost a little more than what the boys asked for! But it’s working and worth every penny I am paying. Less the money I sent “US Joomla Pros” |
