This guy has struck again. I wish I had checked here first before sending $2600.00 for a camper the would "make me proud". His latest name was Scott Pointer, but when I never received the R,V which he said was at an Auto-Trader facility in Dallas waiting to be shipped, I found lots of references on your site that have to be him.
DO NOT trust anyone who tells you to send a moneywire so he can "ship the vehicle" to you from a "holding facility" where some previous deal fell through. The ad was on Craigslist, Oodle, and findanyrv.com so he is all over. You will get a fake authorization from Auto-Trader with an invoice # (mine was 39470448) and a case ID (mine was 430587817). The name Angela N. will be at the bottom of it. Unles he changes that name, too. But he has used it before.
If I had checked here, I would never have fallen for this ****bag! He even has a link for pics! mine was http://claspics.com/910/856830/

I just ran across this jerk. Didn't get me but came close! Same case ID - same Angela N. This is the info where they wanted $ sent. Uses email [email protected]. The initial response I got from my craigslist inquiry is below that. Hope this keeps someone from being scammed. What a jerk!

This man(?) is still at it in Missouri. His letter was almost excatly the same with the exception of the "sell before". It makes me sad that he is using our troops to continue his con.
Thankfully we were not taken in on his craigslist ad but we want to make sure others aren't either. We would love to see this guy caught. |

If you haven't received it please check your Junk, Bulk or Spam email folder because this is a very secured email and your email server may reject it.
Now go to a Money Gram location and send the payment($2, 300) on the Autotrader Agent name and address, using " 10 Minutes service". You can't complete this payment online you have to physically go to a location .

As i told you, at this moment I am in TX state in a military base, getting ready for Afghanistan (I hope for the last time). I do a special training program everyday day and I am not allowed to get out of the unit or make calls whenever I want. The shipping will take 3 to 5 days depending on your location. As long as I'm dealing with Autotrader and they can ship the Rv's anywhere in the US, I listed the Rv's in several states because it increases my chances to get it sold much faster. I want to mention that the Rv's was inspected by Autotrader and fulfils the standards from all the 50 states so it wouldn't be a problem for you to register it in your state. Because it is a large transaction, we will complete the deal only using an authorized third part like Autotrader because I already prearranged the whole process with them, using their escrow Safe Pay Program for vehicles not listed on their website.
The Rv's is located in the Autotrader warehouse in Dallas TX (ready for delivery). I asked them to allow viewers to go there and inspect the Rv's but their reply was "We are not a showroom!" In this case, I will offer a 5-day period to inspect the Rv's from the moment you receive it, before I'll have your money. I think this is more than fair for both of us.The payment will be handled by Autotrader, and you will benefit of 5 days inspection time period (test drive) and the option to accept or reject the Rv's on my expense. If you are still interested just send me your full name and shipping address. I will forward your info to Autotrader and they will notify you about our deal. Like this you'll be able to talk directly with them and ask all you want to know.
