Scootertronics Mike Milstead Sent broken exhaust Internet

Ordered new Sito exhaust system from Scootertronics for my Vespa motor scooter. Part arrived broken. Box had been opened, so they know they we're sending me a broken part. Sent numerous e-mails to owner, Mike Milstead as well a photos of damage, also called company at least ten times. No response. Finally, today after three weeks received very nasty e-mail from owner saying it was my problem and not his. I should have read the reviews of this company first. I'm now stuck with a broken exhaust. Never order or do business with this company! I learned an expensive lesson.

Placed an order before doing so went thru the website of the company reading his policeys etc. Placed the order on AUg 3rd, 2011. With in a few min, got a confirmation email stating shipping info would be up dated with in 24 to 48 hours. Needless to say never was! Called 5/6 times no answer leaving a message each time no cal back! Emailed him Mike Milstead thru his wensite and found his Face Book page a list of times with no reasponse! Never recieved the part, never talked to anyone at Scooter Tronics, never any update! Requested to cancel my order and refund my credit card! Waiting on a response! One mistake never did a web search before placing the order! They guy has a list of issues with people all over the web and with the BBB! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!
