In January 2010 I was ripped off from an online auction, a customer was to purchase a cell phone via Ebay the amount that the cell phone was worth is 210.00 they won the auction fairly the persons name is Latani Jame located in Arizona. We had a dispute along with a misunderstanding which scared her in purchasing the phone. I wanted to offer Latani an alternative when she contacted me, she said she was not located in Arizona she was in Japan on a business trip Ebay had her phone number and I tried to white page it. Latani asked of impossible task she wanted me to send the cell phone to her son in Nigeria as that is whom she was purchasing it for. It was Nokai cell phone a very nice one with 3.2 megapixle camera sim card I was going to use this cell phone for myself but decided to make a profit to help wiht some bills. I did the favour she asked of me and I sent the phone without knowing the payment was not in my pay pal. I got a tracking number from posting the phone at a nearby USPS and tracked the phone it arrived as I received e-mail from the Nigerian customs stating it had. Latani never sent money through pay pal instead she canceled the auction on Ebay and I had to open a resolution to be resolved Ebay refused to help with me I have contacted Pay Pal on several occasions. No response from either end as they could not track any payments...I was new to the world of online selling and buying. Instead of being a fun experience for me this experience has been the worse for me.
I was told to send money for the USPS insurance for the cell phones return I did in increment's of payments starting with 59.99 to Western Union then 49.99 another 49.99 they kept asking and asking me for more money than they can chew. Western Union has yet to do anything as well I recently made a report to them. I have been working with Jim Davod for sometime he has been milking for 100USD to get the package insured now he is a flip flop character I asked each time for a tracking number towards these payments then he will turn around and say 35USD again. I keep saying sir I sent you payments already 35USD should equal to 100 of your money to send this cell phone back. Can you since the frustration? It is hard to work with someone who does not understand English well. I am overall frustrated and need help I am about to give up on locating this cell phone because I have feeling USPS in Nigeria lost my cell phone to Fed Ex in Amsterdam at least that is what I have been told. For all I know the cell phone could be sitting at someones house collecting money from me senselessly. It is hard and they do not understand nor they sympathize with you. I really could use some help I would love a refund from E-Bay in replacing this phone overall it has cost me 230USD in trying to retrieve it on my own. Executing people publicly is the only way to get help I need. Thanks for reading.
