debited my account without authorization

On 01/02/2012 I submitted an application for a pay day loan and decided against it. On 01/09/20012 SavingsPaysClubMembership took it upon themselves to submit a check to my bank in the amount of $99.49. I did not authorize above company to debit my account for any dollar amount, and recently found out by logging on to their website which is now stating that they will be trying to take an additional amount of $29.99 monthly for services I have also not authorized. I am a victim of fraudulent activity and would appreciate anything you can do to help me resolve this issue. The information on the check I received from my bank is as follows. Amount $99.49. Check # 9295259. Order# 9295259 dated 01/02/2012. (E)Computer IP:184.222.16.231 support 818-380-5710. I have been unable to reach anyone at this number and have tried several times over the last two days. 01/12/2012 and 01/13/2012.

Yeah I just found out I have one too called the company and they stated someone would call me back. WTF is this SH... I am so mad!!!
